Lifeguard

  • Must be 15 years or older
  • Must have American Red Cross Lifeguard Training or equivalent and CPR for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent
  • Job Description:  Ensuring patrons safety, constant facility supervision, responding appropriately to any emergency, administering first aid when necessary, enforcing all pool rules and cleaning of all areas of facility.
  • Swimming Lesson Instructor

  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Must have American Red Cross Lifeguard Training or equivalent and CPR for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent
  • Must have SwimAmerica Instructor certification
  • Job Description:  Instructing children of all levels to swim, lesson planning, student evaluation and tracking of student progress.
  • Pool Manager

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have American Red Cross Lifeguard Training or equivalent and CPR for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent
  • Must have a mimimum of 2 years lifeguarding experience
  • Must have SwimAmerica Instructor certification
  • Job Description:  Ensuring patrons safety, constant facility supervision, responding appropriately to any emergency, administering first aid when necessary, enforcing all pool rules, cleaning of all areas of facility, scheduling staff according to staffing and Front Range Recreation guidelines, and supervising lifeguards and swimming lessons instructors.
